BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEER

Primary Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in process engineering or business systems analysis
  • Excellent technical skills in the area of process audit and technical documentation
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
  • Effective Communication and Leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Documentation skills: BRD, Requirements traceability matrix, test case document, use case document, functional requirements document, user stories
  • Modeling technique: SWOT, user interface wireframes, process flow diagram
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering
  • Six Sigma Certification preferred but not required
  • Actual experience in Agile and Product Delivery principles
  • ITIL
  • Experience with Intelligent Automation is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements.
  • Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
  • Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.
  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs.
  • Build and evaluate financial models for cost estimation, ROI calculation and cost reduction.
  • Manage lifecycle of Automated processes.
  • Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, costs.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation.
  • Automation metrics analysis and management
