Data Analyst

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and provide insights/conclusions on large amounts of transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area, to communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders.
  • Creatively articulate the insights behind the data and help our team iterate category futures.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder needs both effectively and sensitively.
  • Own seasonal reporting related tasks including building and launching sell through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories.
  • Assist ACM & NCD in data organization and validation with skilled knowledge in our i2e tools.
  • Partner with Catalyst, Assort and Schematics team to mine assortment data for assigned categories.
  • Collect & quantify division feedback and relevant data.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to track and analyze project results.
  • New and deleted product analytics and support.
  • Analyze & create reports on post promotional results.

 

Competencies Required

  • Skills, industry knowledge:
Proficiency in SQL and/or other programming languages, Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Relevant experience:
Business Analyst, Technical support
  • Education degree, course, certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any course related to IT, Marketing and Business Management.

  • Skills, industry knowledge:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Strong Analytical skills
  • Relevant experience:
2 years minimum
