POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking to hire a highly driven Business Process Engineer to assist the company to improve business efficiency. This position’s responsibilities involve developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and produce metrics that drive the performance of the automated processes. The Business Process Engineer should be able to identify ways in which to improve customer satisfaction. Reports on Intelligent Automation Management.
QUALIFICATION
- Proven work experience in process engineering or business systems analysis
- Excellent technical skills in process audit and technical documentation
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
- Effective Communication and Leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Documentation skills: BRD, Requirements traceability matrix, test case document, use case document, functional requirements document, user stories
- Modeling technique: SWOT, user interface wireframes, process flow diagram
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering
- Six Sigma Certification preferred but not required
- Actual experience in Agile and Product Delivery principles
- ITIL
- Experience with Intelligent Automation is a plus
