Service Desk Representative

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent technical experience)
  • Preferred 1 year of Service Desk / Technical support experience
  • Basic knowledge in computer hardware, operating systems, applications and network troubleshooting
  • Ability to adopt standard practices and procedures set in the organization with detailed instructions..
  • Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.
  • Dependable and flexible with work schedule.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, decision trees or diagrams
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers
