- Processing of webform (via the Albertsons selected Privacy Rights Requests tool) requests from customers, employees, candidates, and former employees seeking information regarding our use of their data, requests to delete their information, and requests for opting out of the services and triggering the actions that come along with it.
- Facilitating all sorts of internal communications to be able to fulfill customer, employee, candidate, and former employee requests in a timely manner (in line with the privacy team’s established SLAs).
- Answering varied queries under the umbrella of CPPA, CPRA, and other privacy laws relevant to Albertsons and its affiliates.
- Administrative support for the tracking and execution of privacy Vendor Risk Assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Reports generation.
